Why choose PX-457
Large product pictures fill the white wall behind this booth, and four white pedestals with glass cases hold the real parts in front of them, so buyers can compare the picture with the object. A lit counter stands in the center, with a multi-tier brochure stand beside it, and two round tables with white chairs sit on either side. It is a plain, honest layout for a technical product that needs both a story and a sample.
How the space works
Visitors see the large wall first, with images of your product, and then notice the four white pedestals with glass cases on either side, each holding a sample. The lit counter in the middle is where staff meet them, with the brochure stand beside it. Two round tables with three chairs each sit on the left and right, at a short distance from the counter, for longer talks. A bar stool behind the counter lets staff rest during slower hours.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-457 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

They are lift-off glass cases on pedestals. Ask us about locks if you will leave valuable samples overnight.
