Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with orange printed wall and tub lounge chairs
About this design

Why choose PX-463

Three white tub chairs around a small round table give this booth a surprisingly soft corner against a bold orange-and-navy printed wall. The tub chairs sit on blue carpet that picks up the navy in the graphics, so the whole booth feels planned rather than assembled. A navy reception counter on the right takes the front, and a wall TV centered in the wall carries your message. It is a straightforward choice for a company that wants one lounge and one counter and nothing else competing for attention.

How the space works

Visitors coming down the aisle see the orange diagonal sweep across the wall first, then the screen at its center. The tub chairs sit to the left, angled toward each other around a round table, so a small group can settle in without being in the walkway. On the right, the navy counter faces the aisle and is the obvious place to ask a question or leave contact details. Arm lights on top of the wall light the graphics evenly.

Best for

  • Software and professional services firms with a clear single message
  • Exhibitors who want a small lounge more than a demo counter
  • Teams of one to three staff who do not need much storage
  • Brands whose colors sit well against deep blue carpet

What stands out

  • Tub chairs in white around a round table: compact, rounded seating that fits a small footprint and feels more relaxed than bar stools
  • Navy reception counter with logo panel: anchors the right side and gives staff a firm place to stand
  • Diagonal orange and navy wall graphics: the angled split guides the eye from the lounge toward the counter

Make it yours

  • Switch the printed wall to your brand colors while keeping the diagonal composition
  • Add a brochure holder or tablet stand to the counter top for lead capture
  • Replace the round table with a taller one and add stools if you want a more upright conversation spot

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-463 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
