Living-plant panels, flower-filled planters and two tiered white display stands turn this booth into a small garden show floor. Timber-look deck strips are laid across the gray carpet like paths, which divides the space into a display zone and a standing meeting zone without any walls. How the space works
Visitors step onto the timber decking and are immediately among the displays: three-level white stands on both sides carry potted plants at different heights, so even small pots are easy to see. A high round table with three bar stools sits in the center for a quick talk. Further back, two wall-mounted plant panels full of blooms sit in front of the 20 ft wall, with arm lights above them making the colors stand out.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-467 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Are the plant panels real plants?
The panels are designed to hold planters with flowers. What goes in them is up to you, and some venues restrict live plants or require clearance, so ask the show.
Can I take out the deck strips?
Yes. They are loose-laid strips on the carpet, so they can be left out or moved to suit the floor plan.
