Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with printed wall and brochure counter
About this design

Why choose PX-471

A real door in the printed wall is the detail that sets this booth apart: behind it sits a lockable closet, so coats, spare literature and demo kit stay out of sight. The white fabric walls form an L around the space, and a counter with a literature stand takes the front. A rectangular wood-leg table with four chairs sits behind it. Technical and industrial exhibitors who need tidy, storable stock and a quiet meeting spot will find it practical.

How the space works

Visitors arrive at a counter fitted with a literature stand, where they can pick up printed material before staff speak with them. Behind it a rectangular table with four white chairs waits for meetings, set under a white wall with a small wall-mounted screen. To the right, the printed closet front with its door blends into the wall graphics, so the storage does not look like storage. Six arm lights run across the top and gray carpet covers the floor.

Best for

  • Industrial and equipment makers who carry literature, spares or demo kit
  • Exhibitors who want to lock away laptops and valuables overnight
  • Teams who run structured one-to-one meetings at a table
  • Brands with white-led graphics and technical drawings

What stands out

  • Lockable storage closet with a printed front: keeps stock and personal items hidden while looking like part of the wall
  • Counter with literature stand: gives printed material a clear home near the aisle
  • Rectangular wood-leg table with four chairs: a proper meeting table, better for reviewing drawings or contracts than a bistro table

Make it yours

  • Print your own product shots or technical drawings on the wall and the closet front
  • Add a second small screen on the closet side wall to show an installation video
  • Replace the wood-leg table with a high table and stools for a quick-stop meeting style

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-471 is 1,200 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
