Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with product shelves and display plinths
About this design

Why choose PX-475

Soft beige walls and warm wood-look flooring give this booth a calm, retail-like feel, and the product is the only thing that really stands out. Three black wall shelf units hold items on four levels each, and two stepped groups of black plinths with lit edges give a gallery touch at floor level. Two high tables with six black stools sit between them. It suits a brand that wants products to look special rather than a booth that shouts.

How the space works

The beige wall fills the back, with three black shelf units spaced evenly across it, each holding product on four shelves. In front, two stepped groups of three black plinths with thin lit edges stand like small sculptures at the left and right. Two high tables with stools sit between the plinth groups, and a counter with a logo is at the front left for the first greeting. A short return on the right closes the booth, and six arm lights run along the top.

Best for

  • Packaging, home and lifestyle brands with neat, tactile products
  • Exhibitors who want a gallery-style display with lit plinths
  • Brands with a neutral palette who prefer understatement
  • Teams who hold short stand-up chats at high tables

What stands out

  • Three black wall-mounted shelf units, four shelves each: show a whole product family against a soft neutral wall
  • Two stepped plinth groups with lit edges: give your best products a spotlit stage at different heights
  • Wood-look flooring: warms the booth and makes the black furniture look sharp

Make it yours

  • Choose a wall color from your brand palette; the neutral beige is only the print
  • Use the plinths for your new releases and the shelves for the established range
  • Swap the high tables for a low coffee table and soft seating if you want a quieter feel

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-475 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-475

Are the plinth lights battery or mains?

They are lit-edge fixtures, and the power arrangement depends on the final build. Order electrical power through your show so everything can run.

Can I change the stools to chairs?

Yes. The stools can be swapped for chairs and the high tables replaced with standard height tables.
