Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with rectangular hanging sign and turf floor
About this design

Why choose PX-479

A rectangular sign hanging above the booth lifts your name above the crowd, and green turf underfoot turns the floor into something visitors remember. Beneath it a printed wall carries a very large wall TV, and the rest of the layout is flexible: two bar tables with stools, two wood-block seats and a white storage cabinet. For technical exhibitors who want an informal floor that still looks tidy, it is an easy pick.

How the space works

The hanging sign sets the brand above the booth, so visitors see who you are before they reach you. On the floor, turf stands out against the neutral aisle carpet. A counter with graphics welcomes guests near the front, and two bar tables with white stools sit in the middle. Wood-look cube seats offer an informal place to sit, and a white cabinet along the wall holds supplies. A 65-inch screen on the wall plays your demo and a small graphic tower stands nearby.

Best for

  • Companies that need strong visibility in a large hall
  • Industrial or technical exhibitors who want an informal, approachable look
  • Brands who like a green, natural feel
  • Exhibitors who need a small store cupboard on the floor

What stands out

  • Rectangular hanging sign, about 10 by 3 ft: puts your name above the booth where the aisle view is clearest
  • Turf flooring: a bright, natural floor that marks the booth out in a hall of gray carpet
  • 65-inch wall-mounted TV: large enough to be seen across the aisle

Make it yours

  • Print the hanging sign with your logo on both sides so it reads from either direction
  • Use the wood cubes as plinths for products when you are not using them as seats
  • Replace the turf with carpet in your brand color if a green floor does not suit

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-479 is 1,650 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-479

Will the hanging sign need rigging at my show?

Yes, a hanging sign is normally rigged from the ceiling, and many venues only allow this through their own rigging service for an extra fee. Some shows also limit sign height and placement, so check your show's rules.

Is turf comfortable to stand on all day?

It is laid over a padded base, but it is thinner than some carpets. If you will be on your feet, you can ask for a thicker underlay or mats behind the counter.
