Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with red center tower and two bar tables
About this design

Why choose PX-480

A red center tower carrying a TV and a logo is the first thing visitors see on this booth, rising above a charcoal wall of four photo graphics. Black counters at both ends of the front, two bar tables with upholstered stools and two acrylic brochure stands give visitors several places to stop. White low side walls close in the booth at both ends. Teams with several staff will appreciate how many stations are built in.

How the space works

The tower stands in the middle of the back wall at about 8.5 ft, with a TV and your logo on its face. Two black counters sit at the front corners, so staff can greet visitors from both sides. Between them, two round bar tables with black upholstered stools fill the middle of the floor. Acrylic brochure stands are placed near the counters so visitors can take literature as they pass. Two red return panels and two low white side walls enclose the sides.

Best for

  • Exhibitors with a bold red or single accent brand color
  • Teams of four who run two counters and two bar tables
  • Companies who show product photography in several panels
  • Brands who use a central screen as the main attraction

What stands out

  • Red center tower, 4 ft wide and 8.5 ft tall: a vertical brand marker that carries the TV and logo
  • Charcoal back wall with four photo graphics: a dark, quiet backdrop that makes the red tower stand out
  • Two acrylic brochure stands near the counters: keep printed material easy to find without cluttering the counters

Make it yours

  • Change the tower color to your brand color and keep the dark wall
  • Use the four photo panels for product shots or customer images
  • Add a floor-standing screen if you want a second video location

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-480 is 1,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
