Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with rolling tv stand and two bar tables
About this design

Why choose PX-483

A big TV on a rolling floor stand is the center of attention here, and because it moves, you can turn it toward a crowd or tuck it against the wall when you want a quieter booth. The 20 ft white and blue wall behind is clean and light. A lit podium counter stands in the middle, with two black bar tables and eight light-blue stools beside it, and two glass-top pedestals at the ends show small products. Suited to laboratory and medical brands.

How the space works

The wall is white, light blue and photo-led, with the big screen standing at the right on its rolling base. The lit podium in the middle is the first stop, with a glowing front that catches the eye. On both sides, round black bar tables with four light-blue stools each make two standing meeting spots. At each end, a white pedestal with a glass top shows a small product. Gray carpet runs across the floor.

Best for

  • Healthcare, diagnostics and laboratory brands with a clean, clinical look
  • Exhibitors who want a movable screen for demos or webinars
  • Companies with small products that need glass-top cases
  • Teams who want eight stools for busy peaks

What stands out

  • 55-inch TV on a rolling floor stand: can be moved to face a crowd and wheeled away when you are not using it
  • Lit podium counter with logo: a glowing center point that is easy to find from down the aisle
  • Two white pedestals with glass tops: protect small samples while keeping them at eye level

Make it yours

  • Use the TV for a looping video or a live demo from a laptop
  • Put your most important sample on each pedestal and light it with a small spotlight
  • Swap the light-blue stools for your brand color

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-483 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-483

Is the TV stand stable enough for a busy aisle?

The stand has a wide base and wheels that lock. We suggest keeping it inside the booth line, and we can place it according to your layout and show rules.

Can the glass-top pedestals be locked?

They are display tops, not secure cases. Valuable items should be taken with you at the end of the day.
