Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with shelf units and tall side wall
About this design

Why choose PX-485

Tall white walls on three sides make this booth feel like a small room open to the aisle, which suits companies who want some calm in a noisy hall. Four black shelf units on the walls hold products, a 55-inch TV plays your message, and a branded counter on the left greets visitors. A round table with three white chairs and a bar stool sit in the middle. Simple and enclosed, it works well for brands with a few well-chosen products.

How the space works

The booth is enclosed by a white back wall, a printed return on the left and a tall, full-depth white wall on the right that steps down toward the aisle. Visitors enter past the counter on the left, and look up to the TV on the back wall. Four black shelf units hold products around it. In the middle of the gray carpet, a round table with three chairs and a single bar stool offer a place to talk. Four arm lights run above.

Best for

  • Exhibitors who want a quieter, enclosed feeling in a busy hall
  • Brands with a few key products to show on shelves
  • Teams who hold meetings at a round table
  • Companies who want a clean white backdrop for their own graphics

What stands out

  • Tall white wall on the right side: closes the booth on one side and gives you an extra surface for graphics
  • Four black wall-mounted shelf units: a strong contrast on a white wall that makes products stand out
  • 55-inch wall-mounted TV: lets you run a looping video or slideshow above eye line

Make it yours

  • Print the right-hand wall with a headline or a customer photo
  • Group the shelf units to hold one product family each, with a small label
  • Add a second bar stool to the counter for staff

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-485 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-485

Can I take down the tall right wall?

The wall is part of the structure that gives the booth its shape. It can be reduced or removed, but you would lose the enclosed feeling, so tell us what you need.

Is there storage?

There is no closet in this layout. A cabinet can be added behind the counter if you need space for supplies.
