Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with skyline graphic wall and lit lectern counter
About this design

Why choose PX-486

One enormous backlit-style graphic wall does nearly all the work here, so the booth is a good test of a very simple idea: a single strong image, a lit lectern and a place to sit. The wall runs 20 ft across and 8 ft high, with a photo that fills the whole thing. A lit podium counter stands on the left, and a bar table with four cushioned stools sits on the right. The open floor makes the booth easy to walk into.

How the space works

Visitors see the wall from afar, a wide photo with text across it. The lit podium on the left works as a greeting point and sign-in post, with a glowing front panel that carries your logo. To its right, the floor stays open, so guests can move in without being funneled. On the far right, a round bar table with a dark top and four white cushioned stools offers a place to settle. Gray speckled carpet covers the floor.

Best for

  • Exhibitors with a single strong image or message to share
  • Teams who want an open, uncluttered floor
  • Companies who hold short conversations rather than long meetings
  • Brands who want to spend their effort on graphics instead of furniture

What stands out

  • 20 by 8 ft single-image graphic wall: one large picture gives a very clear, immediate message
  • Lit podium with logo panel: a glowing marker at the front that does not take up much floor
  • Round bar table with four cushioned stools: seats a group of four at one table

Make it yours

  • Use the wall for a single message, a city, product or customer image
  • Add a TV or tablet stand to the podium for a short demo
  • Add a second table if you want more seating or a literature stand to the left

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-486 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-486

Is there somewhere to put brochures?

No literature rack is shown. A stand can be added next to the podium.

Can the booth work as a corner?

It can with a side wall or return added, but the open floor works best with a single clear aisle. Tell us your location and we will advise.
