About this design
Why choose PX-492
Three free-standing cream display stands carry product samples right out in front of a black wall, so visitors can read and touch before they speak to anyone. A strip of colored edge lighting across the top of the wall separates the product ranges at a glance. A 55-inch TV and a closed storage room on the right complete the setup, with bar tables and a counter for conversations. Built for electronic and technical brands that sell by showing the hardware.
How the space works
Visitors first meet the three A-frame stands, each with product units mounted on a face and a model name above. Behind them, a black wall carries a color-coded edge-light strip, a 55-inch TV and the headline. A black logo counter and a multi-tier brochure stand are on the left, and two round bar tables with three wooden-leg stools are in the middle. A closed storage room with a door, about 5 by 5 ft, and a low side panel finish the right end.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-492 is 1,600 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
