Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with twin screens and lockable cabinets
About this design

Why choose PX-498

A TV at each end of the deep navy wall, each above a lockable white cabinet, gives this booth two separate screens that can show different things. A white counter stands in the middle, and two high black tables with six white stools sit at the sides. That makes the booth feel balanced and calm. The cabinets are the practical detail: they hold supplies and laptops behind a lock while the screens carry your message. A tidy setup for software and services firms.

How the space works

The deep navy wall carries a logo in the middle and a TV at each end, mounted above a white cabinet. A white counter with a logo stands at the center of the front, and visitors reach it from either side. Two high black tables with three white stools each sit on both sides of the counter, so conversations happen on both wings. Five arm lights and gray carpet complete the look.

Best for

  • Software and services firms who want two screens for different messages
  • Exhibitors who need lockable cabinets for laptops and supplies
  • Teams who want a symmetrical, balanced layout
  • Brands with a dark blue palette who want white furniture to stand out

What stands out

  • Two wall-mounted 50-inch TVs: two screens at each end let you split your content or run one message across both
  • Two lockable white cabinets under the TVs: store supplies and laptops in plain sight
  • Symmetrical layout around a center counter: easy for visitors to read and for staff to manage

Make it yours

  • Use one screen for a demo loop and the other for a speaker or customer video
  • Decorate the cabinet fronts with your logo or product graphics
  • Replace one high table with a lounge chair set for longer meetings

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-498 is 1,000 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
