Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with twin wall screens and backlit reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-500

Wood and light make this booth stand apart: an open wood-framed bay with shelves shows an appliance in a kitchen-like setting, and a low credenza with an under-lit base glows along the floor. The tall white and black wall carries two large screens and a graphic tower, and a backlit reception counter anchors the front corner. For brands whose products are used in homes and hotels, it feels like a showroom.

How the space works

A black header band runs across the top of the wall, with two big screens below it and a black graphic panel between them. On the right, an open wood-framed bay with shelves holds appliances, set like a small kitchen. On the left, a low black credenza with a wood top and under-lighting runs along the wall, topped with small plants. A backlit counter with a logo stands in the front corner, and a round bar table with two stools sits in the middle on wood-look flooring.

Best for

  • Appliance, consumer electronics and hospitality supply brands
  • Exhibitors who want to show a product in a home-like setting
  • Companies who want two large screens on a single wall
  • Brands who like warm wood tones against black and white

What stands out

  • Wood-framed appliance bay with shelves: shows products in a home setting rather than on a plain stand
  • Under-lit credenza with wood top: a soft glow at floor level that adds warmth and offers storage in the cabinet doors
  • Backlit reception counter: a glowing logo that is easy to find from the aisle

Make it yours

  • Place your own appliances in the bay and change them as the day goes on
  • Run a different clip on each screen, such as a product demo and a customer video
  • Use the credenza for brochures or product samples

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-500 is 1,400 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-500

Can real appliances be shown in the bay?

Yes. The bay is built to hold products on shelves. Heavy items need to be checked with us first, and appliances that need power or plumbing need to be planned in advance.

Is there enough room for a full meeting?

The bar table seats two. If you need a larger meeting area, a bigger table can be swapped in.
