Design render of a 10×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with five product pedestals and header banner
About this design

Why choose PX-509

Five white pedestals line the back wall of this booth like a product catalog come to life, each one topped by a header image and carrying its own graphic. A full-width blue header band ties the row together with a single headline. A lit counter and brochure rack sit in the middle, round tables fill the front, and a closed tower at the left end gives the booth a strong edge. It suits companies with several product families.

How the space works

From the aisle, the header banner states who you are and what you make. Beneath it, each pedestal shows a product family, so visitors walk the length of the wall to find theirs. The lit counter in the middle is the greeting point, with a brochure rack beside it. Two round tables with chairs sit in front for meetings, end counters give staff a place for samples and laptops, and the tower at the left has a hollow top that can hold a sample.

Best for

  • Manufacturers with about five distinct product lines that each deserve a spot on the wall
  • Exhibitors who want visitors to self-navigate by product category
  • Trade buyers who expect a catalog-style presentation with the headline visible from far away
  • Teams that want staff stationed at the counter and ends while tables are used for meetings

What stands out

  • A full-width header banner across 30 ft makes the message readable before visitors reach the booth
  • Five 4 ft pedestals give each product line its own display spot with room on top for a real sample
  • Overhead spotlights light the wall and pedestals evenly, which helps small products stand out

Make it yours

  • Change the pedestal graphics to match your own product families
  • Put real samples or a model on each pedestal top
  • Use one end counter for a product demo and the other for lead scanning

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-509 is 2,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
