About this design
Why choose PX-511
On this 30 ft white wall a 75-inch screen is the first thing visitors see, with icon graphics around it and a closed storage tower covered in product photos at the left end. Two wood-top counters stand at the front of each end of the aisle and two cafe tables sit between them. The result is a booth where staff can work at both ends and visitors have a place to sit in the middle.
How the space works
The big screen pulls visitors toward the centre of the wall, while icon graphics explain what you do. On the left, the tower with product photos hides a lockable room behind its door. At both ends of the front edge, wood-top counters give staff a place to greet people, scan badges and show a brochure rack. The two square cafe tables in the middle give visitors a place to sit with six molded chairs.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-511 is 2,350 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot.
