About this design
Why choose PX-512
Soft neutral panels and lifestyle photographs do the talking along this long wall, and a wood-fronted reception counter with a glowing logo holds the right end. Two tall plants soften the corners, and six arm lights run along the top of the wall. There is no furniture to crowd the floor, so this booth leaves room for your own products, models or seating. It reads as warm, quiet and design-led.
How the space works
Visitors see the long picture wall first and then the counter at the right end, where the glowing logo marks the starting point. Staff stand behind the L-shaped counter to welcome people and take contacts. The broad cream carpet in front of the wall is intentionally open, so you can place your own displays, a seating group or a product line along the wall. The two tall plants frame each end and guide the eye along the length.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-512 is 1,950 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Does this booth include seating?
No. Only the wall, counter, plants, lights and carpet are included. Seating and tables can be added if you want them.
Is there anywhere for staff to store belongings?
The counter has some space, but there is no storage room. A closet or cabinet can be added if needed.
