Design render of a 10×30 inline trade show booth: inline booth with wood panel walls and product display counter
About this design

Why choose PX-502

Wood-grain walls at both ends frame a lit white alcove in the middle, and the effect is more like a gallery or a showroom than a trade show stand. At 10 by 30 ft, it has the width for a long built display counter along the back wall, where products sit under five downlights. A reception counter on the right and a small cafe table with two white chairs complete it. A good fit for design-led brands with a range to show.

How the space works

A 6 ft wood-grain block on the left stands 9 ft tall with a TV on its face, and a 7 ft wood-grain wall on the right carries a lit logo. Between them, a recessed white alcove about 16 ft wide is lit by a soffit and five downlights, with a long counter along its back wall for products. A reception counter stands at the front right, and a small cafe table with two chairs sits on the open floor between two large potted plants.

Best for

  • Building products, ventilation and interior-design brands
  • Exhibitors who want a long, lit product display counter
  • Companies with a premium, warm and understated brand
  • Teams who want a reception counter, a cafe table and two TVs

What stands out

  • Recessed white display alcove, about 16 ft, with lit soffit and downlights: puts a spotlight on your products
  • Wood-grain wall blocks at both ends: warm, textured framing that makes the booth look architectural
  • Long built display counter along the back: gives you a surface for many products in one row

Make it yours

  • Show different product families along the counter, with a small label for each
  • Use the two 43-inch TVs for room-set images or installation videos
  • Add a second cafe table if your meetings tend to be pairs

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-502 is 2,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
