Design render of a 20×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with meeting room and dual screens
About this design

Why choose PX-533

Two screens face the aisle from navy walls on two sides of this corner booth, and a lockable room at the back left gives staff somewhere private to talk or keep belongings. A graphic counter greets visitors, a high bar table with four white padded stools stands nearby and a white display table and two cabinets carry products and literature. The gray carpet and overhead arm lights keep the look clean and professional.

How the space works

Visitors see two wall-mounted screens at different corners of the booth, which catch people from both aisles. The graphic counter stands near the entry for greetings and badge scanning. A white display table holds product samples that visitors can pick up, and the low white cabinet and gray cabinet hold brochures and supplies. A high bar table with four white padded stools stands to the right. The lockable room in the back left corner can serve as a private meeting space or storage.

Best for

  • Industrial, cable, component and engineering suppliers who show real product samples on a table
  • Exhibitors who want a lockable room for meetings or storage
  • Teams that run two videos at once, such as a company film and a product loop
  • Companies with a navy and green identity

What stands out

  • Two wall-mounted 55-inch TVs show different messages to visitors from two directions
  • An enclosed lockable room at the back left gives staff privacy and secure storage
  • A white display table lets real product samples sit within reach of the aisle

Make it yours

  • Run a brand film on one screen and a product demo on the other
  • Place samples such as reels, parts or packaging on the white display table
  • Change the green accents on the navy walls to match your brand

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-533 is 2,950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
