Design render of a 20×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with video wall tower and hanging sign
About this design

Why choose PX-538

Eight screens stacked two wide and four tall form a video wall that takes over one tower of this large white corner booth. Printed walls with product graphics wrap two sides, a rectangular hanging sign marks the booth from above, and a logo counter greets visitors on blue patterned carpet. Four round tables with eleven chairs and an open area for your own machines make it a big, flexible booth for demos.

How the space works

Visitors see the 8-screen tower first, with a bold company logo above it and the hanging sign overhead. The logo counter near the front is where staff greet them and a multi-tier brochure stand stands by it. In the middle, the open area is left for your own equipment so visitors can look at the real thing. Four round tables with white chairs are spread along the left and the back, and a bar stool at the counter suits a quick chat.

Best for

  • Machinery, equipment and technology firms who demo large products on the floor
  • Companies that want a video wall to show process footage or product films
  • Exhibitors who host many meetings at once at multiple tables
  • Teams that want a white, clean backdrop that shows off their machines

What stands out

  • A 2x4 video wall with eight screens works as one big image or as separate clips
  • A large open area for your own equipment is built into the plan so you can show the real product
  • Four round tables with eleven chairs give a lot of seating without clutter

Make it yours

  • Run a looping process film across all eight screens
  • Change the printed wall graphics to show your machine photographs
  • Move the round tables to form a larger meeting zone

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-538 is 4,250 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
