Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging ring sign and backlit graphic wall
About this design

Why choose PX-670

A floating square sign ring, white outside and deep blue inside, hangs over this island and makes it easy to find from across the hall. Below, the floor stays mostly open: one white tower with a large backlit image, blue walls carrying short product messages, and a semi-private meeting nook in one corner. It suits medical device and health technology companies that need clear claims, screen demos and a quiet place to talk with clinicians.

How the space works

From the main corner, visitors meet a white reception counter with a laptop and a host. Just behind it, a blue wall shows a headline, a screen and three short benefit points, and its outer face carries a large printed graphic. A freestanding blue tower with two screens and a white cabinet below stands at another corner for quick demos. The meeting nook sits under a lit ceiling between the white tower and a blue wall, with a round table, white chairs and a wall screen.

Best for

  • Medical device makers showing imaging or guidance systems on screens
  • Health technology firms with a few short claims to put on the walls
  • Life sciences companies that hold short seated meetings with clinicians
  • Exhibitors who want a hanging sign visible from every aisle

What stands out

  • A square hanging ring sign with your logo on all four sides, white outside and blue inside
  • A white tower with a large backlit graphic panel, which reads clearly from the aisle on the booth's closed side
  • A freestanding blue screen tower with a cabinet below, giving staff a demo point away from the counter

Make it yours

  • Swap the printed messages for your own product claims and regulatory text
  • Replace one screen on the blue tower with a touch screen for self-guided demos
  • Add a second round table outside the nook for busy hours

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-670 is 3,250 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-670

Will the hanging sign need rigging?

Yes. The ring hangs from the hall ceiling, so rigging is ordered through the show, and some halls limit sign height or size.

Can the storage cabinets lock?

The two white cabinets have doors. Ask for locks when you book if you plan to leave devices in them overnight.

Is the meeting nook private?

It is enclosed by two walls and a ceiling, which cuts noise and foot traffic, but it stays open on two sides.
