Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and machine display
About this design

Why choose PX-571

This booth is built around a gap. The left third of the floor is left clear on purpose, so that a large machine, press or vehicle can be rolled in and displayed in the open. The rest is a practical meeting setup: a blue-roofed entry gate, a tall wall with a TV, a reception counter, and a seating area with four round tables and fourteen chairs. It is the right choice when your product is too large to sit on a counter.

How the space works

Visitors first see your machine standing in the open display area, with the square hanging sign above and the tall TV wall behind it. A blue-roofed entry gate leads them into the seating area, where four round tables and fourteen white chairs allow a group briefing or several one-to-one conversations. The reception counter at the corner takes the first questions, a glass display case holds small parts, and literature stands and a vertical banner panel carry the printed information.

Best for

  • Industrial, packaging and printing exhibitors with big machinery
  • Companies that explain complex equipment to groups at tables
  • Exhibitors who need plenty of seated space beside the display
  • Teams that want a blue and white look with literature stands ready

What stands out

  • Open display area on the left: a clear floor for large equipment, with the walls and sign set around it
  • Entry gate with a blue header beam: it marks the way into the seating zone and ties in the brand color
  • Four round tables and fourteen white chairs: they give you room for group meetings, not just a pair of seats

Make it yours

  • Move the machine to the center and swap the seating to the side, if your aisle layout suits it
  • Change the blue to your brand color on the gate, carpet and counter
  • Use the glass case for spare parts or samples, with a small label card

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-571 is 2,900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
