Products come first here, and they sit on black plinths in plain view. How the space works
Visitors see the black hanging sign overhead and the colorful printed block at the back, then walk toward the black plinths. Four of them, set on the carpet, hold the product so people can step close and inspect the detail. The printed block structure behind gives a backdrop for photography and brand messages.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-574 is 2,700 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Can the plinths take a heavy load?
They are made for display items such as tires. If your goods are much heavier, tell us the weight so we can check or suggest a stronger base.
Can I add more plinths?
Usually yes. The floor has space, and extra plinths or platforms are a simple addition. Confirm the number with us early.
