Design render of a 20×20 island trade show booth: island booth with teal arch frames and round logo sign
About this design

Why choose PX-581

Four tall arches in teal curve overhead to meet in a canopy, and the booth gets its character from that rounded roof. A big circular logo disc rises above one corner, recessed lights glow in the ceiling, and a rounded teal carpet repeats the curve at floor level. Inside are two fabric counters, a high table with bar stools and a literature rack, so staff can welcome people and talk under the canopy.

How the space works

Visitors see the arch uprights from the aisle, each one printed with a bold claim, a logo or a photograph. They walk between two arches into the covered area, where a white podium greets them, and two teal counters offer a place to review products. A high table with bar stools sits at the heart of the booth, and the additional stools near the edge provide overflow seats. A literature rack and a planter box finish the space.

Best for

  • Eye care, optical and medical-supply brands that want a friendly, rounded look
  • Companies that sell to professionals and want to hand out literature
  • Exhibitors who need a roof-like feel without a full ceiling
  • Brands with a single strong color, here teal, that can fill every surface

What stands out

  • Four tall curved arch uprights with printed graphics: they act as huge banners and frame the space from every side
  • Teal canopy ceiling with recessed lights: it gives the booth a roof-like feel and soft light on the faces below
  • Round logo disc on the corner arch: it is a bold, simple shape that is easy to read from a distance

Make it yours

  • Print each upright with a different message, such as benefits, proof points and a call to action
  • Change the teal to your color on the arches, counters and carpet
  • Add a screen on a counter front for product video

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-581 is 4,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-581

Is the canopy a solid roof?

It is a fabric-covered canopy with recessed lights, not a solid ceiling. Some venues have rules on covered booths and sprinklers, so we check them for your show.

Can the arches carry different graphics each time?

Yes. They are printed panels and can be replaced with new artwork, which is why several looks are possible on the same structure.
