Design render of a 20×30 island trade show booth: island booth with black hanging frame and lit mirror vignettes
About this design

Why choose PX-607

Backlit mirrors on freestanding walls turn each sample vanity into a small bathroom scene. Four walls, two black and two wood-look, each hold a mirror, wall lights and a cabinet, so visitors can see how a finish looks in real light. A central block with a big TV and a hidden store room breaks the island into zones, and a large black hanging frame sits above. Bath and cabinet brands will find the vignettes handy.

How the space works

A big black frame overhead outlines the island, and the freestanding walls inside create four small vignettes that invite you to walk around. Each shows a vanity with a basin, a glowing mirror and wall lights, so a visitor can judge finish and light. In the centre, a printed block holds an 80-inch TV and a store room behind it. Two bar-table meeting spots sit at the sides, where staff can talk with buyers over catalogs.

Best for

  • Vanity, mirror, lighting and cabinet makers who need sample bathroom scenes
  • Exhibitors who want to compare several finishes side by side
  • Companies that need a central store room for stock and supplies
  • Teams that hold small meetings at bar tables beside the display

What stands out

  • Backlit mirrors with wall lights: show finishes and fittings in realistic, flattering light
  • Black and wood-look freestanding walls: create separate room-like scenes and let you compare finishes
  • Central block with TV and storage: a focal point that also hides stock and supplies

Make it yours

  • Install your own vanity cabinets in each wall vignette
  • Swap one of the bar-table spots for a sample wall of door and drawer fronts
  • Use the TV to loop installation videos or finish comparisons

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-607 is 4,450 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
