Design render of a 20×30 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula pavilion with product counters and green feature wall
About this design

Why choose PX-625

Ten white counters with a green band around them make this pavilion feel like a small market of its own. A tall green header wall and a slatted green feature wall with floating shelves stand at the back, with a graphic wall behind a central showcase. Three tiered stands add height, a wood-panel service counter handles questions, and a round table with chairs gives a place to sit. The wood-look floor and track lights make it warm.

How the space works

The tall header wall and the green slatted wall tell visitors who the pavilion is for. Around the front and sides, ten white counters with green bands each carry a different exhibitor's products and name. Visitors walk along them like a market, with tiered stands in the middle for samples and a service counter with a wood panel for questions and information. A round table with chairs near the back is the spot for a longer talk.

Best for

  • Trade pavilions, regional groups and co-exhibitors who share one space
  • Food and drink producers who need a counter per brand
  • Teams that want a tall header wall for a shared identity
  • Companies who prefer many small display points over one big stage

What stands out

  • Ten white display counters with graphic bands: give each exhibitor a clear, equal display space
  • Tall header wall with logo: sets a shared identity over many small stands
  • Green slatted feature wall with floating shelves: adds a natural texture and extra shelf space

Make it yours

  • Label each counter with a different exhibitor name and product line
  • Swap the green slatted wall for a printed scenic image
  • Use one counter as a sampling station

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-625 is 3,900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
