Design render of a 20×30 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula booth with square hanging sign and tree lounge
About this design

Why choose PX-623

Two decorative trees stand in the middle of this booth, and nobody expects trees in a trade show hall. A long dark green graphic wall with an orange frame and two TVs runs across the back, with a big square hanging sign above. Two wrapped reception counters at the front corners greet visitors from both sides, while a lounge with a sofa, an armchair and a high table with stools waits against the wall. The open gray floor is easy to walk.

How the space works

From either aisle, a visitor meets a wrapped reception counter at the corner, with a brochure holder on top. Beyond the counters, the open floor leads to the trees and then to the long dark green wall, where two TVs run a loop. At the right end, a sofa, an armchair and a high table with four stools give visitors a place to sit. Two brochure stands stand near the counters, and the light gray carpet runs across the full footprint.

Best for

  • Fresh-food, agriculture and produce growers with a natural story
  • Exhibitors who want two reception counters for fast greeting
  • Teams that prefer open floor to enclosed rooms
  • Companies that want a lounge and a high table without much structure

What stands out

  • Two wrapped reception counters at the front corners: two greeting points that catch traffic from both directions
  • Decorative trees in the middle: give the booth an outdoor feel and break up the wide space
  • Long dark green back wall with orange frame: a bold, natural backdrop that makes graphics and screens stand out

Make it yours

  • Put a product-tasting or sampling bar at one counter
  • Swap the trees for a display of your own products on plinths
  • Print the dark green wall with your own farm or product photography

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-623 is 4,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
