Design render of a 20×40 island trade show booth: island booth with three hanging signs and coffee bar wall
About this design

Why choose PX-631

White slatted bar walls, light wood flooring and a row of three hanging signs give this island the feel of a small market hall. The long coffee bar at one end is the draw, and the rest of the floor is laid out for browsing, with glass cases and open shelving lined up like a boutique. It works for brands that sell something people can taste, smell or hold, and want visitors to linger over a sample before talking.

How the space works

The three signs overhead tell visitors from far down the aisle where the booth begins and ends. Entering from the open sides, they meet glass cases and black open shelving spaced like shop displays, with tall planter boxes marking the walkways. The coffee bar wall at the far end is the natural stopping point, with white chairs along it for sampling and a small reception counter nearby. Banner stands near the edges add product information without crowding the displays.

Best for

  • Food, beverage and gourmet brands that offer samples from a counter
  • Exporters showing many small products that need glass cases and open shelves
  • Teams running a country or regional group display who want three separate sign positions
  • Retail-minded exhibitors who want the booth to feel like a shop rather than a stand

What stands out

  • The slatted white bar wall with a wood header holds the coffee machine and gives staff a proper back-of-house work surface
  • Glass display cases protect products yet keep them visible from every side of the island
  • Tall wood-look planters with greenery break up the long floor and guide traffic without blocking sight lines

Make it yours

  • Fill the glass cases and shelves with your own range and print each hanging sign with a different product line
  • Swap the coffee machine for a tasting or sampling station that fits your product
  • Add a TV above the bar wall to run a short brand film while people queue for samples

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-631 is 5,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-631

Can I serve food or drink from the bar counter?

The counter is built to hold a coffee machine, but whether you may serve food or drink is set by the venue and the show, and some require permits or approved caterers. Check before you plan the menu.

Do all three signs have to carry the same message?

No. Each sign is a separate print, so you can repeat your logo or give each a different product line or brand.
