Design render of a 20×40 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula booth with large hanging sign and led video wall
About this design

Why choose PX-635

Suspended greenery under a large lit hanging sign sets the tone for this showroom-style peninsula, and a wide LED wall at the aisle end acts like a billboard for traffic. Inside, the floor is divided like a real design studio: two kitchen vignettes with printed back walls, a small glass-walled office, and a reception counter. It is designed for companies that sell a lifestyle or a built product and want visitors to picture it in a real room.

How the space works

The LED wall pulls visitors toward the end of the booth, and the hanging sign with its trailing plants marks the whole footprint from above. A bar-height reception counter takes the first questions. From there, visitors walk past two kitchen displays, each with its own printed back wall, then reach a high table for longer talks. A blue touchscreen kiosk offers product information on its own, and the glass-walled office at the back is where decisions are made.

Best for

  • Kitchen, bath, cabinet, flooring or home-products brands that need room-like vignettes
  • Companies that need a small glass office for private deals
  • Exhibitors who want a large video wall to catch passing traffic
  • Teams that mix browsing with a touchscreen kiosk and a bar-height reception

What stands out

  • The large LED wall gives moving video at a scale few shell-scheme stands can match
  • Black-frame glass partitions and wood-slat dividers separate the vignettes while keeping sight lines open
  • Herringbone wood-look flooring makes the interior feel like a real showroom, not an exhibit

Make it yours

  • Replace the kitchen back walls with printed images of your own product ranges
  • Load your own film and product reel onto the LED wall
  • Turn the office into a consultation room with your own samples on the built-in desks

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-635 is 8,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-635

Does the LED wall need special power or rigging?

A screen this size usually needs dedicated power and secure fixing, and some venues charge for it. Confirm what your show can supply.

Can I show real appliances or cabinets in the vignettes?

Yes, you can bring your own pieces to set against the printed walls. Heavy items depend on floor loading and show rules, so check first.
