Design render of a 20×50 island trade show booth: island booth with square hanging sign and bar counter
About this design

Why choose PX-656

A big angled navy graphic wall at one end and a raised frame structure in the middle give this 20x50 island a clear back-and-forth rhythm. Wood-finish signs hang overhead, a glowing logo sign lights a moss tower, and a bar counter with stools sits under a TV. Seating areas with white chairs and round tables fill both sides, and two reception counters welcome visitors at the ends. The booth is built for a company that holds many meetings and needs more than one front door.

How the space works

Visitors approach from either end, each with its own reception counter. A big angled navy graphic wall with a bold headline anchors the first end. In the middle, a raised frame structure holds a bar counter with stools under a TV, and moss-covered towers carry a neon logo sign. Round tables with white chairs fill both sides of the island for meetings. A sofa nook with slatted dividers gives a quieter spot, and wood-look flooring runs throughout, topped by a wood-finish hanging sign.

Best for

  • Aviation, engineering and B2B services firms that host many meetings
  • Exhibitors who need two reception points on a long island
  • Teams who want a quiet sofa nook as well as tables
  • Companies that want a wood and moss look to soften a technical brand

What stands out

  • Moss towers with a neon logo sign add a living-wall texture and a bright focal point
  • A raised frame structure in the middle defines a bar and lounge zone without enclosing it
  • Two reception counters at opposite ends welcome visitors from both aisles

Make it yours

  • Replace the large angled graphic with your own headline and image
  • Change the neon logo color to your brand color
  • Swap one seating area for a presentation corner with a screen

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-656 is 9,650 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor and a lift to hang it. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-656

Do both reception counters need staffing?

Not necessarily, but each end is an entry point. Many teams staff one counter and keep the other for registration or product.

Does the raised frame need extra approval?

It is a tall structure above head height, so check your show's rules on height and overhead structures.
