Design render of a 20×50 peninsula trade show booth: peninsula booth with backlit bar counter and twin lounge wings
About this design

Why choose PX-684

Built around a long backlit bar at the center, this peninsula gives every visitor an obvious place to sit down and start talking. A tall graphic wall in an orange frame rises behind the bar, and two green-lit canopy wings to either side hold furnished lounges with TVs. The layout suits payments, fintech and gaming-services companies that rely on walk-up conversations at the front and longer meetings in the lounges, while printed totems explain their offer to people passing by.

How the space works

From the aisle, visitors see the backlit bar first, with six stools in front of the big graphic wall. Staff can sit with a laptop and walk guests through a demo right there. On each side, a canopy wing covers a lounge with a sofa, armchair, ottomans, a marble coffee table and a wall TV under a pendant lamp. Printed totems and high tables with tulip stools line the outer edges, and podium counters at each end handle check-ins. The back of the core carries a full-height printed wall.

Best for

  • Payment processors and fintech companies selling to online operators
  • Gaming and iGaming service providers who meet many partners in one day
  • Exhibitors who want a bar-style meeting point with six stools
  • Brands with a green and orange or multi-color palette

What stands out

  • Backlit bar counter with six stools, giving a natural place for walk-up demos
  • Two canopy wings with green LED edges, each holding a furnished lounge with its own TV
  • Free-standing printed totems that list services where people walk past

Make it yours

  • Use the back of the core wall for a large promotion or QR code graphic
  • Change the LED edge color on the canopies to match your brand
  • Turn one lounge into a private meeting room with added walls

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-684 is 7,150 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-684

Can this layout work as an island?

It is drawn as a peninsula with a printed back wall. If your space is open on all sides, the back wall can carry graphics as it does now, and the plan can be adjusted.

Can the bar be used for drinks?

The bar can host a coffee or drinks service, subject to the venue's catering rules. Many shows require catering through their official supplier.
