About this design
Why choose PX-645
Two long, mirrored exhibit rows face each other across an open central aisle, and a large ring sign hangs over the middle like a gateway. Each row repeats the same pattern of a tall printed header, wood-look counters, glass towers and small seating bays. This is a pavilion for a group of exhibitors under one banner, built so each one gets an identical, clearly marked space.
How the space works
The ring hanging above the centre aisle is visible from the show floor and draws visitors in. They walk down the open aisle between the two rows, with tall printed headers on both sides carrying the group's message. Each bay has a wood-look counter with a printed shield graphic, a glass tower and an acrylic literature stand, plus a bistro table and chairs for quick talks. Planter boxes with grass mark the ends of the rows, and track spotlights light the headers.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-645 is 23,150 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet and depends on the hall, so it isn't in the estimate. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor to hang it. Your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit.
