Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $3,800–$4,400 per 10×10, 2026 rate by membership and booking date
Key dates
- Exhibitor hotel sub-block request (10+ rooms): April 1, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-April 2027
- April 1, 2027: Exhibitor hotel sub-block requests due to BOMA; booth concept and floor plan locked.
- Mid-April 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the Expo opens.
- May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30–45 days; graphics proofed and equipment mounts test-fitted.
- Early June 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse about three weeks out; June 2 is the last day for BOMA hotel rates.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor install at Music City Center and runs the pre-show checklist.
- June 27–28, 2027: Expo days; a Purple project manager is on call, and our project manager runs dismantle and ships the booth once the Expo closes.

Checklist
- Note booth number and footprint on the BOMA 2027 floor plan
- Pick the one portfolio savings number for the main wall
- List equipment for live demo with weights, power and data needs
- Decide whether to apply for a Solutions Showcase or Technology Pavilion slot
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Request exhibitor hotel sub-block rooms by April 1, 2027
- Plan lead capture and follow-up for the two Expo afternoons
- Book staff dinners and meetings around the TOBY Awards Gala
