Rent or custom
When a large custom build makes sense
Our rental designs cover spaces up to 60×60 with one all-in price. A custom build is the better fit when your space is larger, when you need a second level, private rooms or a walk-through layout, or when the booth has to show a product that does not fit a standard design.
Large builds can be rented for a single show or owned and stored between shows, and we can reuse structure from one event to the next.

How much does a large custom exhibit cost?
It depends on the booth size, structure height, rooms, AV and technology, and whether you buy, rent or reuse parts of an existing exhibit. Send us your show, booth size and goals and we put together a detailed, fixed quote.
How long does a large custom build take?
Most custom exhibits are fabricated and ready to ship 30 to 45 days after design approval. Larger multi-room and double-deck builds are planned further out. Tell us your show date and we confirm a schedule.
Can we rent instead of buying?
Yes. Our rental designs go up to 60×60 with one all-in price. For larger or one-of-a-kind spaces, we design a custom build that can be rented for one show or owned and stored between shows.
What does Purple Exhibits handle?
Design, fabrication, shipping, installation, dismantle, show paperwork, storage between shows and on-site support, with one project manager from first sketch to the last crate.
