Trade show supplies: what to order, and when

A booth is more than walls. Here is what exhibitors order for a typical show, from the team that plans hundreds of booths a year.

Can I order from all six departments at once?

Yes. Printing, ProGo displays, promo products, merchandise, booth furniture rental and booth flooring share one cart and one checkout, and the whole order ships to the address you choose.

How much is shipping?

A flat $35.00 per order, whatever is in your cart. Sales tax for your state is added at checkout.

Can you ship straight to the convention center?

Yes. We ship to the show's advance warehouse, directly to your booth at the venue, to your hotel or to your office. At checkout, start typing your show and the venue fills in.

How early should I order for my show?

Two to three weeks before the show is comfortable for printing and giveaways, so there is time for proofs and ground shipping. Need it sooner? Call (800) 994-8030 before you order for rush options.

What are booth kits?

Ready-made bundles of products that work together, like a banner stand, table cover, cards and pens. One click adds them all to your cart, and you can change quantities or remove items before you pay.
