Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off, equipment list with weights and power draw, island drawings ready for approval.
- Late March to April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; racks, plinths and screens built and tested with your hardware.
- Early May 2027: Booth crates and equipment ship to the advance warehouse in Nashville.
- Days before May 24: Move-in; our project manager and vetted local labor install the booth, power up the demos and run the pre-show checklist.
- May 24–27, 2027: Conference and Expo Hall days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- After the Expo Hall closes: Dismantle, hardware packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Note booth number, footprint and Expo Hall location from the Data Center World floor plan
- List every product to show with weight, dimensions and power draw
- Decide which demos run live and which need wired internet
- Choose the specifications and figures to put on screen
- Plan meetings with facility and construction buyers and size the meeting area
- Send logo, brand palette, product renders and video to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, electrical plan and lighting
- Book hotels in downtown Nashville near Music City Center
