Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

Key dates
- ESX Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form: May 27, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-April 2027
- Mid-April 2027: Design sign-off, demo equipment list and power and network plan approved.
- Late April to mid-May 2027: 30–45 day production in Fishkill, NY; demo walls wired and tested before crating.
- May 20 to June 17, 2027: Booth ships to the T3 Expo advance warehouse; we file the EAC form by May 27.
- June 28–29, 2027: Set-up from 8 am June 28; our project manager has your exhibit set by 11 am June 29.
- June 29–30, 2027: Expo floor days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- June 30–July 1, 2027: Take-down from 3 pm June 30; carriers checked in by 10 am July 1 and the booth heads to storage.

Checklist
- Note your booth number and footprint from your ESX contract
- List every demo with its power, network and monitor needs
- Enter the ESX Innovation Awards by April 16, 2027
- Book owner meetings ahead of the two expo sessions
- Send logo, product photography and dealer program details to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering and the demo wiring plan
- Book hotels in the ESX blocks early; reduced rates hold only while the blocks last
- Assign your expo-only passes to key dealer prospects
