Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, PLASTICS member discounted rate: $27.00 to $30.50 per sq ft by size, NPE2027 rate
- Booth space, non-members: $51.50 per sq ft, NPE2027 rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, machine placement and utility plan approved.
- By March 5, 2027: Booth Design Approval form, drawings and hanging signs filed; Purple registered as your EAC. Production in Fishkill, NY under way.
- Early April 2027: Booth crates ship to the advance warehouse in Orlando.
- Days before opening: Targeted move-in through the Freeman Marshaling Yard; machinery set, and our project manager and vetted local labor install the exhibit.
- May 3–7, 2027: Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
- After close on May 7, 2027: Dismantle, machinery and booth crated for return, storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Note booth number, building and footprint from the NPE space assignment
- List every machine with footprint, weight, power, air and water needs
- Decide which parts the running cell will mold and how they are handed out
- Choose the material samples and data sheets for the sample library
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, utility plan and drawings before the March 5, 2027 filing
- Book hotels near the West or South Building, whichever holds your booth
- Plan crating and return freight for machinery after May 7
