Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 planning rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early June 2027
- Early June 2027: Design sign-off; plant list, hardscape samples and equipment confirmed for the booth plan.
- June to July 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas, NV; decking, plant benches and graphics built and proofed.
- About three weeks before move-in: Booth and hard goods ship to the advance warehouse; live plants scheduled for direct delivery to the dock.
- Move-in days before the August 18 opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor install, set plants and run the pre-show checklist.
- August 18–20, 2027: EXPO days; your Purple project manager is on call throughout.
- After close on August 20: Dismantle to TNLA’s breakdown schedule, plants and samples out, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send booth number and footprint from your TNLA booth reservation
- List live plants, container sizes and quantities for the booth
- List stone, pavers and equipment with dimensions and weights
- Decide whether to enter the Best Booth Awards and the Product Showcase
- Flag any plant material shipped from out of state for Texas quarantine rules
- Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
- Approve the concept rendering, decking and lighting plan
- Book hotels near the GRB, such as the skywalk-connected Hilton Americas-Houston
