Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, standard: $23 per sq ft before Apr 30, 2027; $25 after
- Booth space, premium: $26 per sq ft before Apr 30, 2027; $28 after
- Start Up Zone kiosk: $1,400 per kiosk side before Apr 30, 2027; $1,600 after
Key dates
- Early space rate ends: April 30, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early May 2027
- April 30, 2027: Booth balance due to FHBA; Purple starts concept design and your product list.
- Early May 2027: Design sign-off, product weights and power needs locked, EAC paperwork started.
- Mid-May to mid-June 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; product walls test-fitted with your real units.
- Late June 2027: Booth ships to the advance warehouse in Orlando; OCCC power and rigging orders placed.
- July 19–20, 2027: Move-in; your Purple project manager runs the install and the pre-show checklist.
- July 21–22, 2027: Expo Hall days, then move-out from 4 p.m. on July 22 and return freight.

Checklist
- Pick three preferred booth locations from the SEBC 2027 floor plan for your contract
- List every product unit with dimensions, weight, water and power needs
- Decide whether to apply for BEX meetings with builder purchasing teams
- Mark any hurricane mitigation products for the official program
- Plan any food, drink or cooking demo with Sodexo Live
- Send logo, product photography and pricing sheets to Purple
- Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Hilton Orlando or Rosen Centre
- Schedule staff for the SEBC Bash and both Expo Hall days
