What makes SEBC different, and how we build for it
SEBC is the Florida Home Builders Association's show, close to five decades old, and it is built around buying. Before the hall opens, the Builder & Exhibitor Exchange (BEX) puts suppliers in pre-scheduled meetings with purchasing teams from builders that close 25 to more than 1,500 homes a year. Then the Expo Hall opens for two days, the SEBC Bash fills Wednesday night, the new Start Up Zone shows first-time brands, and the week ends at the Aurora Awards Gala. Visitors are owners and purchasing agents with projects already planned, so your booth has to close the sale, not just introduce it.
Product they can operate and compare, clear pricing tiers and a table to discuss supply terms for a whole community, not one house.
Finishes, hardware and fixtures at full size, with installation details and lead times from staff who know the trades.
Design range, specification sheets and code facts such as hurricane ratings, in a booth calm enough to look closely.
Your team in Orlando
Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Orange County Convention Center, and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA.
Your team walks into a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.

02 Booths & pricing for SEBC 2027
Popular booth sizes at SEBC
SEBC sells space in 10×10 increments, and the South Concourse floor is mostly 10×10 and 10×20 inline booths, with premium spaces and larger islands along the Main Entrance. We recommend a 10×20 with a working product wall for most brands, and a 20×20 island for window, cabinet and outdoor kitchen brands with full-size displays.

04 Designing for home building product, material and technology brands at SEBC
Four things we get right for SEBC exhibitors
1Let builders operate the product
Windows that open, doors that lock, drawers that soft-close and faucets that run are what owners remember. We frame operable units into rigid walls, anchor heavy cabinets and counters, and plan water or power so the demo works all day without a technician.
2Show the hurricane story
Florida builders buy for wind, water and code. If your product carries impact or wind-load ratings, we build a clear cut-section display and a test result graphic, and SEBC gives hurricane mitigation products special recognition in the official program.
Design for BEX follow-up meetings
Buyers you met at BEX on Tuesday come to the booth to finish the deal. A small enclosed table area with a screen for pricing sheets and a counter for spec books lets you close quietly while staff keep the aisle busy.
Plan sampling around Sodexo Live
Sodexo Live is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the OCCC, and outside food or logo water needs advance permission and a corkage fee. We plan any outdoor kitchen or appliance cooking demo around those rules and order the catering for you.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this

Logistics for SEBC 2027, handled
SEBC fills the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, a non-union building in a right-to-work state. AGS is the official expo service contractor; the OCCC does all rigging and electrical, SmartCity supplies Wi-Fi and LMG the audiovisual. Booths 10×20 and larger and BEX participants move in Monday July 19, everyone else Tuesday July 20, and move-out starts at 4 p.m. on July 22. Floor covering is required, and vehicles need the AGS spotting form. We file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor with the insurance certificate, order power and rigging from the OCCC and install with our own project manager and vetted local labor.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Orange County Convention Center exhibitor guide.
Hall guide
SEBC 2027 fills the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. The published floor plan sets these zones, and each one changes how your booth should work.
Premium booths line the Main Entrance at $26 per square foot before April 30, 2027, with a company highlight in SEBC's pre-show marketing and a half-page ad in the official program.
Our advice: Every attendee passes this row first. Put your most operable product at the aisle so builders stop before they reach the inline rows.
New for 2027: one branded panel on a shared three-sided kiosk plus a counter, for companies in business less than five years or introducing a product or service from the last 18 months.
Our advice: Kiosk companies get one branded panel and a counter. When you outgrow it, a 10×10 with a working product wall is the next step.
Most of the floor is 10×10 and 10×20 standard booths at $23 per square foot early, with 8-foot back drop and 3-foot side rails included.
Our advice: Within 8 feet, height comes from the product itself. We frame full-size doors and windows into rigid walls that stand on their own.
The Food Court runs along one end of the 2027 floor plan, and the Expo Hall Lounge sits mid-floor near the Start Up Zone.
Our advice: Booths near the Food Court and Lounge see people who stop and linger. A standing table there turns a coffee break into a pricing talk.

Printable budget & deadline sheetSEBC exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before SEBC
How much does a booth at SEBC 2027 cost?
Product-wall brands on a 10×20 rental budget $7,500 to $15,000 with us; window and cabinet brands on a custom 20×20 island budget $50,000 to $120,000, and a 10×10 rental starts at $3,500. Operable windows, anchored cabinetry and live plumbing move the figure most at SEBC. Booth space is invoiced by FHBA, and AGS and the OCCC bill show services separately.
What is the deadline to pay for an SEBC 2027 booth?
For space reserved through April 30, 2027, the deposit is due within 14 days of signing and the balance on April 30, 2027, the same day the early space rate ends. From May 1, payment in full is due at signing. We need design sign-off by early May 2027 to build and ship on time.
How much is booth space at SEBC 2027?
FHBA charges $23 per square foot for standard space and $26 for premium space along the Main Entrance before April 30, 2027, rising to $25 and $28 after. A 10×20 standard booth is $4,600 at the early rate. Space includes an 8-foot back drop and side rails, except on islands 20×20 and larger.
Can we rent a booth for SEBC, and what does a rental include?
Yes. A rental includes the structure, printed graphics, counters, lighting, shipping and installation, and it comes back to us after move-out. Many building product brands rent the frame and add a custom wall that holds their real windows, doors or cabinets, which we store for the next show.
Can we set up our own booth at the Orange County Convention Center?
Yes, with full-time company employees. Any other contractor files the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form and a certificate of insurance naming AGS, SEBC and the OCCC. Rigging and electrical are always OCCC crews, and carts and pallet jacks go through the docks, not the lobbies. We file the EAC paperwork and run the install.
Can we serve food or drinks in our SEBC booth?
Only with permission. Sodexo Live is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the OCCC, and SEBC bars outside food and drink, including logo bottled water, unless you request approval by email in advance and pay a corkage fee. We plan cooking demos around that rule and order catering through Sodexo Live.
What does drayage cost at SEBC and who pays it?
You pay material handling to AGS, by weight, under the tariff in the SEBC exhibitor kit. Orlando base rates run about 15 to 20 percent below Las Vegas, with the same minimums and surcharges. Windows, cabinets and countertops are heavy, so we weigh every crate and put the drayage estimate on your proposal.
Where on the SEBC floor should our booth be?
Premium booths sit along the Main Entrance, where every attendee walks in, and cost $3 more per square foot. The new Start Up Zone runs down the center aisle from the entrance, and the Food Court and Lounge anchor the back. We help you pick three preferred locations for the contract.
Can we reuse our SEBC booth at other shows?
Yes. Product walls built for SEBC also work at the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo in Kissimmee, the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo and the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design. We store the booth between shows, swap graphics and fixtures for each audience, and ship it to the next advance warehouse.
Before you sign with anyone
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for SEBC:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who builds the booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what is billed by the show?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
