Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, equipment specs locked, graphics briefed.
- February to mid-March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your brand files and product photography.
- Late March 2027: Booth and demo fixtures ship to the St. Paul advance warehouse; service orders placed.
- Move-in, before the Thursday opening: Purple's crew installs at RiverCentre, sets equipment and runs the pre-show checklist ahead of the 10 am Thursday opening.
- April 22–23, 2027: Exhibit hall open; a Purple project manager is on call through the Buyer's Happy Hour and The BIG Party.
- April 23–24, 2027: Dismantle after the Friday close, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next dental meeting.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number and footprint from your Minnesota Dental Association contract
- List every unit you will demo with dimensions, weight, power and compressed-air needs
- Decide whether the chair, scanner or imaging system operates live or is a display model
- Choose the featured product families for the counter and what stays in concealed storage
- Plan the software screen: which walkthrough, on what size display, with demo data
- Send logo, brand palette, product photography and equipment CAD to Purple
- Assign staff positions for Thursday's Buyer's Happy Hour and Friday's The BIG Party
- Book downtown St. Paul hotels and the Saturday return plan for the team
