Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early June 2027
- Early June 2027: Design sign-off, product list and island drawings submitted where required.
- June to mid-July 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas; shelving and graphics proofed with your real packaging.
- Late July 2027: Booth, fixtures and sample stock ship to the advance warehouse.
- Days before opening: Move-in; our Las Vegas crew installs, stocks shelves and tests demo power.
- August 11–13, 2027: Tradeshow floor open; your Purple project manager stays on the floor all three days.
- After close on August 13, 2027: Dismantle, leftover samples packed to your plan, booth to our Las Vegas storage.

Checklist
- Book 2027 space with your returning-exhibitor link or the new-exhibitor interest form
- List SKUs, case packs and the hero products for the shelf
- Decide whether to enter the New Product Showcase
- List demo equipment with power draw, especially dryers and clippers
- Plan sample quantities and restock storage for three show days
- Prepare show specials and an order process for the counter
- Send logo, packaging files and product photography to Purple
- Book rooms at Mandalay Bay, Delano or Luxor for the team
