What makes SuperZoo different, and how we build for it
SuperZoo is the World Pet Association's buying show: more than eight in ten 2026 attendees reported purchasing authority. The floor is organized around how retailers shop: Natural & Health, Specialty & Lifestyle, Aquatics, the Groomer's Marketplace, the International Pavilion and an Emerging Brands area with more than 100 booths. Products compete in the New Product Showcase, start-ups pitch in the Launch Pitch Competition, and groomers gather at the Groomer's Skill Lab and Groomer's Innovation Stage. A booth here is a shelf, a sales desk and an order pad at once.
Product on real shelving at retail height, clear case packs and pricing, show specials they can see from the aisle, and a quick place to write an opening order.
A private table for line reviews, planogram and sell-through data on a screen, and samples they can take back to the category team.
Tools, dryers and products they can hold and try, live demonstrations they can watch from the aisle, and staff who groom for a living.
Your team in Las Vegas
Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA.
Your team walks into a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.

Popular booth sizes at SuperZoo
Most of the SuperZoo floor is 10×10 and 10×20 inline booths with an 8-foot draped backwall and 3-foot side curtains, set around islands from the big food and supply brands. We recommend a 10×20 with merchandised shelving and an order counter, then a 20×20 island once chain line reviews outgrow a counter.

A full shelf set by species or category, a lit hero product on a plinth, and a small table for opening orders and show specials.

04 Designing for pet food, treat, supply and grooming brands at SuperZoo
Four things we get right for SuperZoo exhibitors
1Merchandise it like the store
Retail buyers judge how a product will sell on their own shelf. We build fixtures at real retail heights with price channels and shelf talkers, group SKUs by species and life stage, and leave a clear spot for the New Product Showcase entry so it is the first thing a buyer picks up.
2Plan power for grooming demos
High-velocity dryers, clippers and tub demos draw heavy current and make noise. We size MGM in-house electrical for each tool, run circuits under the floor, add washable flooring and drip trays, and place the demo table where the crowd gathers without blocking the aisle.
Store samples, not just display
Treats, food and chews go out by the handful for three days. We build locking storage into counters and back walls so restock happens without leaving the booth, keep open food away from carpet seams, and design an easy-clean surface for spills.
Give orders a place to happen
SuperZoo buyers come to buy. A counter at standing height with a tablet, a card reader and printed order forms keeps opening orders moving, and a quieter table behind it lets a chain buyer review a full line without being interrupted by aisle traffic.

Logistics for SuperZoo 2027, handled
Mandalay Bay's exhibit floor is one level, with six contiguous halls and the dock wall on the east side off Mandalay Bay Road, so advance-warehouse freight reaches the booth without elevators or bridges. SuperZoo fills Halls A–F, and Freeman is the general service contractor for drayage, material handling and furnishings (2026 service kit), while MGM keeps electrical, internet, rigging and cleaning in-house. Las Vegas is a union town: Teamsters Local 631 handle freight and IATSE Local 720 rigging. We file the Freeman and Mandalay Bay service orders, book your target slot, and our Las Vegas crew installs the booth before the first buyer arrives.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Mandalay Bay Convention Center exhibitor guide.
Hall guide
SUPERZOO fills Mandalay Bay's single-level Bayside halls, organized into retail sections, with docks along the east wall. Here is what each part of the floor means for a pet brand's booth.
Six contiguous ground-floor halls with generous column spacing; SUPERZOO uses Halls A–F and sorts the floor into Natural and Health, Specialty and Lifestyle, Live Animals and other specialty areas.
Our advice: Your section decides who walks past. We set shelf heights and hero products for that buyer, whether a natural-food retailer or a live-animal specialist.
The groomers' section of the floor, near the Groomer's Skill Lab and Groomer's Innovation Stage, where tools and products are shown live.
Our advice: Dryers and clippers draw heavy current. We size MGM electrical per tool and build washable flooring for live demos.
In 2026 the WPA Executive Buyer Lounge for senior retail buyers sat in Hall D behind the WPA Hub, one of the six halls the show uses.
Our advice: Chain buyers step out of the lounge for line reviews, so a quiet table behind your order counter turns those visits into meetings.
Docks run along the east side of the halls off Mandalay Bay Road, with the marshaling yard set by Freeman.
Our advice: Sample pallets and fixtures reach the booth fast from the advance warehouse, so we ship there instead of direct to show.

Questions exhibitors ask us before SuperZoo
How much does a booth at SuperZoo 2027 cost?
A complete 10×10 rental starts at $3,500, a 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom 20×20 island runs $50,000 to $120,000. For pet brands, shelving runs, grooming demo stations and sample storage move the price. Booth space is billed by the World Pet Association, and Freeman and MGM bill their services directly.
When do we need to commit to a SuperZoo 2027 booth?
Returning exhibitors book 2027 space through a personal booking link, and new exhibitors start with the online interest form, so early booking wins better placement. For the booth itself, we need design sign-off by early June 2027 to build in 30 to 45 days, proof graphics against your packaging and ship in late July.
Can we rent a booth for SuperZoo, and what does a rental include?
Yes. A rental includes the frame, printed graphics, lighting, shelving or slatwall at retail height, an order counter, installation and dismantle. Our rentals are stored in Las Vegas, so there is no cross-country freight. Many pet brands rent the structure and own custom fixtures they reuse at every show.
Can we set up our own booth at Mandalay Bay?
Full-time employees can generally set up a small booth with hand tools. Anything larger uses Las Vegas union labor, with Teamsters Local 631 on freight and IATSE Local 720 on rigging, and MGM handles electrical and internet. An outside installer files an EAC form with the show and with MGM; we file ours with a certificate naming the resort.
Can we bring dogs or other animals to our SuperZoo booth?
Only animals used in contests, education sessions or as exhibitor booth display animals are allowed in the halls, and grooming animals must use the designated entrances and exits. If a live grooming demo is part of your plan, we build washable flooring, drip trays and a demo table placed so the crowd watches without blocking the aisle.
What does drayage cost at SuperZoo, and who pays it?
Freeman bills material handling per hundredweight under the tariff in its SuperZoo service kit, and the charge goes to your account. Pallets of sample stock add weight quickly, so we plan what ships to the advance warehouse and what is restocked locally, then put the drayage estimate on the proposal.
Which hall will our SuperZoo booth be in?
SuperZoo fills Mandalay Bay's Bayside Halls A–F, and in 2026 the Executive Buyer Lounge sat in Hall D. Your section, such as Natural & Health, Aquatics, the Groomer's Marketplace or Emerging Brands, sets your neighbors and your aisle traffic, so we design sightlines and hanging-sign height for the hall on your contract.
Can we reuse our SuperZoo booth at other shows?
Yes. We build shelving walls and counters to reconfigure, so the same booth works at Petfood Forum in Kansas City, NY NOW or Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. Between shows it stays in our Las Vegas storage, and we reprint graphics as your packaging changes.
Before you sign with anyone
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for SuperZoo:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who builds the booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what is billed by the show?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
