Design render of a 10×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with storage room and two logo counters
About this design

Why choose PX-398

A navy wall with product images frames a white centre panel that holds a TV, and on the right a closed room doubles as storage. Two white counters carry logos at the front, and four black swivel chairs surround a round table in the middle, which makes this a booth with a clear gathering point. It is suited to technology companies that mix product demonstrations and private meetings.

How the space works

The two white counters at the front mark two greeting points, so staff can welcome visitors from different sides. Behind them, the navy wall shows two products on either side of a white centre panel with a TV. In the middle, the round table with four black swivel chairs is where seated conversations happen. The enclosed room on the right, with its door, stores bags and supplies, and an acrylic brochure stand sits near the left counter.

Best for

  • Telecom, electronics and equipment suppliers with product photos for the back wall
  • Teams who need a closet for gear and a table for focused meetings
  • Exhibitors who hand out brochures from an acrylic stand
  • Companies that want two staffed points at the front

What stands out

  • Four black swivel chairs around a dark-topped table: swivel seats make it easy to turn toward the screen or toward a colleague.
  • White centre panel with a TV: it breaks up the navy wall and gives video a clean frame.
  • Enclosed storage room with a door: staff can keep coats, cases and giveaways out of sight.

Make it yours

  • Print each side of the navy wall with a different product and a short caption
  • Use one counter for sign-ins and the other for demos
  • Add a second TV in the dark navy area to repeat your main video

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-398 is 1,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
