How the space works
The brown counter at the left corner is the first stop for visitors, where staff greet them and hand out samples. The four cream bar tables stand in a row in front of the tan wall, each with a lower shelf for bags and cups. Visitors move from table to table, and staff come out from behind the counter to join them. The TV on the wall above plays a menu or a short film, and the white side wall at the right closes the corner.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-403 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Is there a sink or water supply?
