Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with arched product niches and wood floor
About this design

Why choose PX-408

Three arched niches, lit from above, hold products like items in a small boutique, and beside them a pegboard niche shows helmets and baskets. The cream wall is tall and quiet, with a backlit logo in the centre, and a colored shape on the wood-look floor leads the eye from aisle to counter. It suits family and lifestyle brands whose products look best when each has its own little stage.

How the space works

A curved floor shape in soft colors leads visitors from the aisle toward the front, where a rounded counter with a cane-style front sits ready for greetings. Three round pedestals hold hero products in the open, while the arched niches above show others at eye level. On the right, the pegboard niche shows accessories on hooks and in baskets, and a portrait screen plays video beside it. A small round table with three chairs offers a seat.

Best for

  • Children's, outdoor and lifestyle brands with several products to show as hero pieces
  • Exhibitors who want a boutique feel with warm wood and soft colors
  • Companies that need a counter, pedestals and a meeting table in one booth
  • Brands that sell accessories that hang on a pegboard

What stands out

  • Three arched niches with lighting: each one frames a product like a shop window and draws the eye.
  • Pegboard niche with shelves and baskets: accessories can hang together, which helps buyers see the complete range.
  • Rounded counter with a cane-style front: the texture softens the booth and gives a boutique feel.

Make it yours

  • Put one hero product in each arch and rotate them during the show
  • Change the colors of the floor graphic to match your brand
  • Use the portrait screen to loop short product clips

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-408 is 1,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
