Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with curved light wall and raised display platform
About this design

Why choose PX-425

Warm beige tones and a flowing wave of LED light give this booth a soft, domestic feel, which is exactly right for family, home and baby products. A lit logo floats above a wave-shaped wall edge, and at the right a raised angled platform lifts two products off the floor like a small stage. On the left, wall shelves, a hanging rail and sideboards hold the soft goods, while a round table with three chairs makes a place to sit.

How the space works

From the aisle, the wave of light draws the eye along the wall to the logo. The raised platform on the right, about ten by six feet, shows two large products at a height visitors can see from afar. At the left, a short stretch of shelves, a wall-mounted rail and sideboards displays smaller goods, and a round table with three chairs gives a quiet place for orders and samples. Soft hooks on the wall let you hang lightweight items.

Best for

  • Baby, kids, home-textile and lifestyle brands that want a gentle, warm look
  • Exhibitors with one or two large products that need a stage, such as furniture or cribs
  • Fashion and soft-goods sellers who need a hanging rail plus shelves
  • Teams that value a quiet corner for buyer conversations

What stands out

  • LED-lit wave edge on the back wall: a continuous glowing curve that frames the product and adds depth without extra signage
  • Raised, angled carpeted platform: gives large items a stage and splits the floor into display and meeting zones
  • Beige carpet and warm wall tones: a calm palette that lets natural-material products look good

Make it yours

  • Swap the platform products for a seasonal range or a single hero item
  • Change the beige wall to a soft green or blue to match your packaging
  • Add price cards or small signs on the shelf wall for a boutique feel

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-425 is 1,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
