Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with backlit counter and tiered product stands
About this design

Why choose PX-409

A lit counter sits in the middle of a straight twenty-foot fabric wall, with a white tiered stand on each side, so the booth reads as a symmetrical stage for your products. Open black-framed shelving at the far left adds a different material, and a round table with four chairs makes the meeting corner. For exhibitors who want a calm, balanced layout with product stands on either side of the welcome point, this is a tidy choice.

How the space works

The glowing counter in the middle of the aisle side is the visual centre, with the large fabric wall behind it. On each side, a white tiered stand holds samples at three heights, so visitors can look as they approach from either direction. At the far left, the black-framed open shelving unit has wood-look shelves for boxes and catalogs. The round white table with four chairs sits to the left of the counter on gray carpet for seated talks.

Best for

  • Packaging, foil and food-service suppliers with many sample items to show
  • Exhibitors who like a balanced, symmetrical layout
  • Companies that want product stands next to the counter
  • Teams that hold meetings at one table away from the aisle

What stands out

  • Lit counter in the middle: the glow draws attention to the welcome point and makes the logo readable from a distance.
  • Two white tiered product stands: samples sit at several heights, so a small range looks generous.
  • Open shelving with wood-look shelves: it holds catalogs and boxes and adds a touch of warmth to the white and gray.

Make it yours

  • Set one product type on each tiered stand and match the label color to your brand
  • Print the large wall with a single hero image and a short claim
  • Use the shelving for bound catalogs or binders

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-409 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-409

Can I move the tiered stands?

They are free-standing, so you can place them against the wall or out on the carpet. Keep them clear of the aisle line.

Is the counter lit by a battery or power?

A lit counter needs an electrical outlet. Order power through your show organizer for your booth space.
