Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with world-map wall and wall tv
About this design

Why choose PX-504

Visitors learn how far your business reaches before they get to the counter, because a printed world map runs across the whole back wall. A tall box tower at the left carries a 55-inch TV above a graphic panel, and a group of eight chairs fills the corner by the return wall. The booth suits companies with an international footprint that want a clear headline, a looping screen and room for several conversations at the same time.

How the space works

From the aisle the eye lands first on the tower and its screen, then travels right along the map. The counter with the logo box stands at the front left as the greeting point, with a literature stand beside it so brochures are within reach. A white display counter at the centre holds a tablet demo or small samples. Behind it, the eight chairs sit against the return wall, out of the traffic flow, so longer talks do not spill into the aisle.

Best for

  • Companies with offices, plants or distributors in several countries who want to show coverage on one wall
  • Software, logistics and service firms that rely on a video loop and a short pitch rather than physical product
  • Teams that run back-to-back meetings and need seating for a full table of visitors
  • Exhibitors who want a clean white-and-blue look that works with almost any brand color

What stands out

  • The 14 ft map wall is one continuous print, so locations and callouts can be set exactly where your offices are and read from across the aisle
  • The 9 ft tower with a wall-mounted TV gives the booth height and a moving focal point above the heads of passers-by
  • The corner seating group on the gray carpet creates a defined meeting zone without building an enclosed room

Make it yours

  • Replace the world map with a regional map, a product range or a customer photo montage
  • Wrap the white display counter in a printed graphic so it carries product photos instead of standing blank
  • Use the TV for a short demo or testimonial loop and put the key message on the tower graphic around it

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-504 is 1,050 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-504

Can the map show my own locations?

Yes. The wall is a printed graphic, so the map, pins and labels are replaced with your own artwork.

Is there a spot for a laptop demo?

The white display counter at the centre works well for a laptop or tablet. If you need a second screen, a monitor can be added to the tower or counter.
