Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with black graphic wall and open equipment display area
About this design

Why choose PX-417

A low black wall, about three feet high, draws a rectangle on the floor of this booth, leaving a large, open area for your own equipment, like a stage built for machines. The black twenty-foot wall and tall side panel frame it, and a logo counter with a round table and three chairs sits at the left. It suits robotics and machinery makers who want to bring the real product, not a picture of it.

How the space works

From the aisle, the low black wall outlines the display area, and the logos on it make the zone feel like a stage. Visitors can look over the wall at the equipment inside, and staff can step in to give a demonstration. At the left, the logo counter and the small round table with three chairs are where talks happen, with light gray tile-look flooring underneath. The black back wall and tall side panel hold the headline and product images.

Best for

  • Robotics, machinery and cleaning-equipment makers who bring a working unit
  • Exhibitors who need a defined floor area of roughly twelve by eight feet
  • Companies that want the product to be the centre of the booth
  • Teams that keep staff at a counter next to the display

What stands out

  • Low black fascia wall with logos: it marks the display area clearly while leaving it visible from the aisle.
  • Open display area for your own equipment: the large floor space is ready for a real unit or a demo setup.
  • Black back wall with a tall side panel: dark graphics make a lit product image stand out and frame the zone.

Make it yours

  • Place your machine in the open area and add a printed spec card on the fascia
  • Use the counter as a sign-in point and the table for deeper conversations
  • Replace the logos on the low wall with product names or a slogan

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-417 is 1,300 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
